then the new Paranoid Android ROM
is something you will absolutely want
on your device. The PA team has
introduced a new feature, called
Halo, that takes the chat heads to its
logical conclusion: any app that produces notifications can float
above your foreground app in a
bubble. Tapping that bubble opens
the app – still floating – so
