It’s fair to describe the Galaxy S4 Mini as
‘surprisingly good’. Last year’s S III Mini was a
compromised handset that felt cheap and had
mediocre performance. This year’s Mini has a
much more premium feel, and even though its
specs have been cut, the changes have been
carefully considered and have had minimal
impact on the real world use of the phone. The
